In order to keep your vehicle in good condition for a long time, please read this manual carefully, it will help you better understand and use the vehicle to you. Introduce the basic solutions to problems and effectively protect your rights. The "Instructions for Use" included with the car also contain a lot of important contents about use and maintenance, please read them carefully.
Please use and maintain the vehicle in strict accordance with the "Instructions for Use" and "Maintenance and Maintenance Manual" to avoid the loss of warranty rights in violation of the use regulations. If you find some problems during use, please contact the nearest authorized service station of our company. Service Definition
Runhorse Electric vehicle products enjoy the conditional warranty service promise. Within the normal use, maintenance and quality warranty service scope and time limit, the vehicle damage or performance caused by materials, design and manufacturing problems are caused by our after-sales department or me. The company's special service station appraisal is indeed the responsibility of our company, and our company provides warranty service. The service station has the right to decide to repair by replacing or replacing parts of the same specification according to the specific conditions in the inspection process.
Service Credentials And Procedures
If the vehicle has quality problems during the warranty period, the customer must hold the original invoice (or the original purchase receipt) and the “Maintenance Manual” to the service station for warranty maintenance.
First Care Instructions
The first maintenance is the basic condition for ensuring the normal use of the vehicle in the future. From the date of your purchase (based on the purchase invoice or receipt date), within 2 months or 1000 kilometers (on a first-come basis), the invoice is purchased. Regular Maintenance Instructions

Warranty Principle And Scope
●Must be repaired or replaced with a genuine part of Qingzhou Grand Runhorse Motorcycle Co., Ltd. at the service station designated by Qingzhou Grand Runhorse Motorcycle Co., Ltd.
●The user must protect the original condition of the part before submitting the part quality warranty.
●The replacement or repair of parts during the warranty period does not extend the warranty period of the vehicle or parts.
●In one of the following situations, our company may not bear the responsibility for quality assurance for the quality of the Designed Products:
The electric vehicle products purchased by consumers have been told in writing that they are flawed.
The instructions in the instruction manual must not be modified, adjusted or disassembled, but the consumer may modify, adjust or disassemble it to cause damage.
Product quality problems occur, and consumers are not properly disposed of and cause damage.
Failures caused by periodic inspections, maintenance and adjustments are not carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Vehicle User Manual and Maintenance Manual.
